2021 AGM INFORMATION PACK
Further to our previous Annual General Meeting Notice email on the 11th November, we are now including details on how to access your AGM Information Information Pack.
Your membership information pack can be accessed in two ways:
We ask that all members please carefully review the content of the Information Pack as it contains important information regarding the AGM.
A reminder of the AGM Timeline is also outlined below for your reference and we would ask members to note the closing date for Questions is 5pm on Sunday 21st November 2021.
TIMELINE
Wednesday, 17th November 2021: Issue Information Pack to all Voting Members & Invite Questions on the SGM motions
Sunday, 5pm 21st November: Closing Date for Questions from Voting Members.
Tuesday, 23rd November 2021: Publish a Motion Document.
Wednesday, 24th November 2021: Publish Frequently Asked Questions Received and Answers Issued by Management Council.
Wednesday, 24th November 2021: AGM Voting Opens from 7.30 am – 7.00 pm. Voting will be via an email link with Members also able to register their vote in the Clubhouse.
Thursday, 25th November 2021: Publish Annual General Meeting Results.
