While not all our stock may appear in our online store, most items are available for order and delivery to anywhere in the world. All payments on the website are processed using secure online payment portals. We accept the following payments methods:

For bank transfer payments, please email us at [email protected] for our team to explain the process of ordering your items as it may vary from online purchase of products through our online store.
We endeavour to have your order delivered to you within 10 business days. Orders are packaged and dispatched within 3 business days. Subject to the postal system of our country of residence, you must allow up to 30 days for delivery. All deliveries are covered for damage or loss in transit. The standard rate for shipping is €10 and is added to your total before payment is processed.
If you have received your order and have simply changed your mind about your purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund, subject to the following conditions:
Goods must be returned within 30 days of the delivery being received by you.
You must inform us via email of your wish to cancel within 7 business days from the day you took delivery of the good(s). The email to use is [email protected]
You are responsible for the cost of the returned goods to our mailing address which is Killarney Golf & Fishing Club, Mahony’s Point, Killarney, County Kerry, Ireland V93 PR62.
We are not responsible for goods that are damaged or lost in transit while being returned.
Any goods returned must retain their original packaging, items such as clothing, must have their labels still attached.
A full refund is subject to the goods being returned being in a new and unused condition acceptable for resale. We reserve the right to deem any goods acceptable or unacceptable for resale.
Goods which were modified to your specification or clearly personalised by your request are not returnable.
If returned goods are refused by Killarney Golf & Fishing Club due to one or more of above criteria not being met, the cost of return delivery to your preferred address will be your responsibility if you wish to retain the goods.

To request a refund, you must email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of your good(s). Your request for a refund must clearly outline the reasons for your request for a refund. We will cover the return shipping charges when the wrong item has been sent out by us or if it has arrived in a defective state.
Your request for a refund is subject to the conditions as set out in our Return Policy above. Items that are returned that are not fit for resale (outside of defective items) will be subject to a review and charges may apply or will affect the refund amount you are entitled to.

Our Online stock control system is linked to our real time systems. However, from time to time, an item may be out of stock. If an item ordered is out of stock, one of our Golf Shop team will contact you directly to explain your options.
From time to time we may perform additional security checks to orders made with us to ensure that validity of the order. During this process we will contact the customer to confirm card details, billing address and other relevant security checks that we may implement. Failure to comply with these checks may result in the order being cancelled.
Any information that is held on file by us is for the sole purpose of ensuring that orders arrive in a timely manner, to the correct person and to the correct destination.
