2021 AGM

Dear Member,

I hope this email finds you and your families safe and well. Following last night’s Management Council meeting, much deliberation and consideration, the Management Council have unanimously decided that the 2021 AGM will no longer be held in person but will instead follow the same format as the 2020 AGM.

It is disappointing to once again be moving the AGM to a digital format but having carefully evaluated the rise in the spread of Covid19 in the community, the Management Council have decided that in the best interest and safety of all members, committees, staff and their families, the AGM should be conducted in the same manner as last year.

We have outlined the full format below and encourage members to engage with this process as they would at a normal physical meeting.

We thank you for your ongoing support, and we are committed to hosting a members’ forum in person when infection rates reach lower levels in 2022. All queries should be directed to [email protected].

RUNNING ORDER FOR THE 2021 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Wednesday 17th November
The AGM Information Pack will be issued to all members. At this stage of the process, we invite questions from members. Information on how to submit questions will be outlined along with your information pack.

Sunday 21st November
The closing date for questions will be 5pm on Sunday 21st November.

Wednesday 24th November
Following on from members’ questions, the Management Council will publish a detailed FAQ. Voting will commence from 7.30am and will run until 4.30pm.
