CLUBHOUSE UPGRADES

Our contractors have, once again, been busy upgrading the facilities this week and we are pleased that the upgrading program is nearing its end.

Front Entrance
You will notice from the photo below that the front entrance major groundworks are now complete, flag poles have been installed and the remaining tasks of lighting, signage and planting are all well in hand and will be completed soon.
Lobby & Locker Rooms
The lobby is where most people will have noticed the most significant change this week. Huge efforts have gone into transforming this space. After Easter, new carpets will be laid, signage installed and the finishing touches put in place.

For health and safety reasons, the front door of the clubhouse may be closed at times while the carpeting is being done.

• Access to the pro shop and locker rooms/toilets will only be available through the entrances at the rear of the building.
• Access to the bar and restaurant will be available only via the external staircase leading to the main balcony. Toilets for the bar will be available in the locker rooms downstairs via the external staircase.

President’s Room
The President’s Room is progressing nicely, chairs, tables, and new lighting features have all been delivered and as you can see, it will be a very special and popular room when completed in the next couple of weeks.
