WHEN & HOW CAN I BOOK?
- Timesheets for casual bookings opened on Thursday 11th November at 12:15 pm
- Timesheet for men’s allocated times go live on Wednesday 17th November at 7:00 pm
- Timesheets for ladies allocated times go live on Thursday 11th November at 7:00 pm
- Timesheets open for guest bookings on Friday 12th November at 12:15 pm
- Timesheets will allow you to book from Monday 15th November to Sunday 21st November.
- Booking protocols will be reviewed weekly.

Members are encouraged to use the online booking facility to arrange tee times. The Golf Team will be prioritizing the safety of golfers at the club, which could lead to delays in answering calls.
GUESTS POLICY
- Members can invite Guests.
- Timesheets open for guest bookings on Friday 12th November at 12:15 pm
- Guests can only be added to the timesheet by calling the Golf Team
- Online Booking for Guests is not available at this time.
- Member Guest Vouchers can be used
- Please ensure you have your playing partners’ names before making any booking.
IS THE DRIVING RANGE / PRACTICE AREAS OPEN?
- Yes, the driving range and practice areas are open.
GENERAL PLAY
A tee schedule for general play for handicap purposes is in place for both Killeen and Mahony’s Point. Information is available in the Pro-Shop. The schedule is also posted on the external notice boards. Members are to confirm their chosen tee box in the Pro Shop prior to registering their round on the Golf Ireland app before playing.
BUGGY USE & SHARING
In accordance with Golf Ireland policy uncovered buggies can be shared by golfers. Golf Ireland recommends that golfers sharing buggies wear face masks while inside the buggy.
WHAT FACILITIES WILL BE OPEN IN THE CLUBHOUSE & ON THE GOLF COURSES?
- Toilets in the Clubhouse are open
- Showers, Changing Rooms & Gym are open for use
- The on-course toilets are now open (Pin code available in the Golf Shop)
- Golf Shop is open
- Truffle Honey indoor and outdoor dining service is open 7 days a week. 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Take-away service is also available. For indoor dining proof of Covid-19, Vaccination Certification is a mandatory requirement
- Toilets at the Chapel are open
